NO REFUNDS, ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a pre order you will receive your product guaranteed. Exchanges are not permissable. Please contact us if you have any questions by emailing influensapparal@gmail.com .

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 1-3 business days, does not include weekends. We aim for regular fast shipment as a priority. 

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only takes 1-3 business days to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS/UPS deliveries. Any delivery issues with USPS/UPS must be handled with USPS/UPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Influens) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice. 

PRE ORDERS

Pre orders are custom made orders & have a process time of 1-3 weeks (1-8 weeks Varsity Jackets) before getting shipped. 

We suggest selecting DHL worldwide shipping at checkout for the best, fastest shipping experience. Import fees must be covered by customer.
